varied restaurantsattentive staff
there were six restaurants at this resort so finding something to eat was easy. the beach was very well maintained and the provided sun loungers felt quite new. i also enjoyed the different transport options around the resort, including swan pedal boats. staff were attentive, especially at the beach bars.
the minibar was not adequately stocked.

the staff was very kind throughout the resort. animators seemed enthusiastic, (especially one named ayberk). he knew well how to entertain, and radiated positive energy.
my drink at bar columbia was served in a disposable glass despite glass glasses being available. when i asked for a glass, the bartender refused because i did not tip him. the ice cream area was also in a hidden place and required a long walk to get a small scoop.

sandy beachsmooth experience
The front desk staff was always available. El sayed mohamed and mostafa al kassem provided helpful service from check-in to check-out. This ensured i had a smooth experience. The sandy beach was nice for kids. The area for snorkeling allowed for fun for adults too.
The minibar selection lacked variety.

the bar columbia experience was very disappointing the staff attitude was off i ordered a cocktail served in a disposable glass despite glass glasses being available the bartender refused a glass request became rude because i didn't tip the ice cream area is far and hidden.

The variety of restaurants was acceptable. I found something i could eat.
My room was far from satisfactory. The ac barely worked, and it sounded like a jet engine all night. the mold in the shower was quite alarming (i almost wore shoes in there). the food wasn't great, so i mostly stuck to the same things each day.

rude bartenderhidden ice cream
the bar columbia experience was a letdown because of the staff. i ordered a cocktail. it came in a disposable glass! glass glasses were right there at the bar, but when i asked for one, the bartender said no and got rude, all because i didn't tip. it seems like tips come first at that bar. if you don't tip, you don't exist. also, the ice cream spot is hidden far away. you have to walk forever for a tiny scoop in a tiny glass.
